DAY 1
FIRST NAMES ONLY
To level the playing field across technologies, industries, and roles, attendees on the first day will be known just by their first name, not their company name or title.
The day will be filled with targeted mini-workshops, inspiring 5 minute talks, and some games to build new connections across the group.

DAY 2
TIME TO SHARE & SUPPORT
On the second day, the title and company embargo will be lifted, and everyone will learn what their new, innovative friends do for a living. Ideally this leads to exciting discussions and even opportunities post-conference.
